   Yaybia for the glitter! I forget how many dates in my early twenties tried to wow me with those crotchless panty hose *crickets chirping* but I have to say . . . your use of the *crickets chirping* (with actual italics) had me laughing like crazy. It’s just the way I roll, which is kind of zig-zaggy and . . . squirrel! . . . all over the place.Where was I? Sally Field! No . . . no. I wonder if the Peripheral Spy Glasses could snake around enough to spot those back moles . . . hmmm. Another reworked invention! Then again, using hand and wall mirrors in unison would pretty much cancel our launch party. And yet we WILL have a launch party, B schooled. Your glorious ponytail be boppin’ southeast for some bubbly . . . some bright and glorious day . . . probably right about when I’m driving that crazy ass Maverick thing that Lynn uncovered. Yes! What an arrival! Squirrel! Great post!

   well i cant help you much with the design as i am far from an architect but as for the equipment most places have some heavy bags, mirrors, matts, medicine ball, punching targets/focus mitts, kicking shield/thai pads, belly guard, double ended striking bag, speed bag, wooden dummy, boxing or mma/grappling gloves, shin pads, head gear

   but i would be pretty good with just a heavy bag, focus mitts and thai pads. i see you have an aikido person so matts would be necessary for any grapples and throws. and more would seem kinda excessive and very costly. for 3-5 people i'd probably only get one of each: thai pads, punching bag and focus mitts and you can just have everyone alternate any more seems like a waste but if you have the money by all means do what you want with it im just saying if it was me.

   anyways if you want pricing on training gear such gloves, shin guards, heavy bag, focus mitts, kicking shields, matts etc…you can email me i can probably give you a good price

   It's not a simile, it would have used "Like" or "As" to compare two things.

   Not a hyperbole. That's an exaggeration.

   Not personification. The mirror is not given human traits.

   It's an allusion.

   Oh lord – I avoid mirrors like the plague. Damm things lie and I've always hated a lier. Further to that, I always make sure that I'm the one behind the camera and run for the hills every time I see one pointed my way. I thank my lucky stars for the day when we got rid of our wall to wall mirror in the bathroom. Who puts a mirror like that in a BATHROOM fer cryin' out loud. Must have been a man is all I can say.
   And just for the record – I'm older'n you are.

    It's defiantly interesting and has some serious possibilities. I found it a tad slow, though. I didn't really see that much difference between the two girls other than at the outside level. The style you use to write them both is pretty much the same. Maybe you could try to give them each a distinctive flow in their POV.

    the typical over the door type mirrors are usually very thin, very cheap [$10-$15?], and thus, very light. Use the 3M Command strips mentioned above, they will be plenty strong enough for these mirrors.

    If it is a thick, heavy mirror, the local hardware store will have mirror fasteners. These are generally installed exactly like the other gentleman said, but are normally for thicker plate glass mirrors without a frame of any kind, just a polished edge.

    A cheap way to go for your lite would be an office supply or school supply shop for a "clip" light. It will have a spring clip to hold the lamp on your bedpost or on the frame of your new mirror. A real wall light is called a "sconce", and comes in trillions [well, you know what I mean] of sizes, styles, and shapes, corded or direct wired. Make sure mom helps you pick one out, so you don't make the electric bill jump $500. A corded one can be installed by you or mom, but a direct wired one will need a call to your local "Sparky".
