I have a mirror that I know I have had for at least 40 years. It is a standing mirror with gold colored carved roses around the frame with a large rose and leaves projected out over the mirror.
We can not answer that one. Take some photos of it and pick at least two and put them in your computer. There are some sites that deals in antiques. Be careful of what replies you get. Also put a couple photos in your purse and when you are around an antique shop ask them what they think. Yes it just be an antique and very valuable. It may just be a rather common item.

You need picture wire that connects to the D rings. That's what the mirrors will hang from. You'll need to know roughly how much the mirrors weight so you buy the right wire. You will also need Cement anchors since your wall is cement. Also the screws that go in the anchors - enough for the shelves and the mirrors. You'll need a drill bit for the cement, a level, a hammer, measuring tape, pencil. I would go to the closest hardware store, they can help you with everything you need.

I got my daughter a nice free standing oval mirror at the local furniture store. I had checked on Ebay and anitique stores and found the prices outrageous. I was pleasantly surprised when the local furniture store had one for $95. It works fine for what we were looking for. You might be surprised what you can find if you check the local furniture stores. I thought they would be way more expensive, but they weren't.

I'm redoing our bathroom and just removed our mirror a few weeks ago.
Ours was glued to the wall and had plastic clips above the top edge and along one side. I think my clips were different from what you have. If yours are what I think they are, remove the top ones first, then lift out of the bottom ones. I don't know if glue is standard or not, but put yourself in a homebuilder's shoes- think liability and lawsuits from customers. Would you trust a few clips to hold a big piece of glass in a room that people are often barefoot in?
Before I did anything, I covered the entire mirror with clear contact paper (don't have to use clear if it's not readily available). The purpose of the contact paper is to contain the pieces of glass if the mirror should crack and break while removing it.
I then removed the clips from the top and side edge.
After that, I started working wood shims along the accessible edges and tapped them in with a rubber mallet. Rotate from shim to shim, just tapping each a little bit to evenly move the mirror away from the wall as much as possible to avoid cracking the glass.
