I don't have time to read all of the particulars here, but call the state board of realtors to see how long you have to wait to sign another listing agreement in this case, since there is no date. I have never given any realtor more than 45 days to generate interest on my properties.

Business is business let a realtor earn your trust. You are paying them!

Paint the walls a colour that you love and accessorize accordingly. Chose a theme that you love like lighthouses or angles or whatever and use that as accents. Put bright coloured towels and bath mats that can be changed and give a new look to the bathroom.

it is up to you does the cabinet have a base?…..wall cabinets do not (kitchen)….floor cabinets do……look a 48" wide bath van…is 300-400 dollars plus counter….make due with what you can
