I bought an adjustable height table so that I can do my makeup standing up in my bedroom. I spray painted it pink, and it has my makeup mirror on it along with my makeup in various pink containers.

Will they install makeup mirrors and please tell me they won’t be allowed to dock the boat. “Full astern” will also be a problem. (backing up)Why are any special accommodations needed? Ever see “Down Periscope”? Now they will have to have dispensers for tampons, and Midol. OK all jokes aside, this is not a necessity or a good idea. I suggest that polling the sub crews PRIOR to assigning these women should be a required first step. We saw the physical endurance ans strength requirements substantially lessened for female fire department recruits. This is NOT the place to take shortcuts. Pregnancy while in the sub service should be a court martial offense and all expenses incurred by the navy to return the offender stateside should be deducted from her pay.

I think that jewelry looks good lying on a surface as well, try white or grey background with a very soft light so the shadow is not too hard. Another trick I use for jewelry is to use a couple of small makeup mirrors that have stands; bring them in to your piece just out side of the frame and angle the mirrors while looking though the lens to adjust specular highlights.

I am in the same position requiring an upgrade of my years-old MacBook Pro. The Apple Store salesperson’s answer to the screen glare issue was to buy anti-glare film. A little Googling for reviews indicates that would be a very bad idea.

I used to feel that way until I read this article in the magazine. Models/Actresses are paid to look that way. They dont wake up in the morning looking that gorgeous. They have to get their own stylist, personal assistants & trainer. It's their job, to look glamorous at all times. Think of them doing your job, don't you think they wouldn't think the same?
