   LoL I have an old vanity like that in storage right now — 30′s vintage, with a large round mirror. The mirror, at last report, is not as young as it used to be — but then, who is? Anyway, I love that old vanity, and wish I had a place for it and its matching dresser. It will be a real shame if it never gets used again. I take it that Hester’s body was never found. Hard to manage alone even for a strong woman. Is the thought that Mrs. Dean was somehow complicit, or is it possible that Peter Simkins just saw Hester where Mrs. Dean was actually sitting? Sometimes when I’m standing in front of a mirror, I see Angmar standing behind me. Does that count as a supernatural event? Or does that just mean he’s doing his job?

   You do not want a halter top because those accentuates the shoulders/upper arms too much.

   I think the best way would be to go out with a bunch of friends to buy a dress.
   Not only is it fun, but they can give you good feedbacks!

   Your chest and belly are one of the last area's we lose weight during weightloss. Also, you may have one of the three different body types that will explain your large stature.

   The best thing you can do is lay off the lifting exercises, and start focusing on core exercises. Try looking up some pilates core exercises, instead of doing lat lifts and crazy intensive lifting. By the way, girls like a guy who is wide on top and slim-waisted, so see how this plays out.

   you've hit a plateau heres the solution

   i wrestle and we always have to cut weight… once i had to drop 10 pounds in 2 days..so i know about losing weight

   try to eat 5 meals a day

   breakfast
   snack (such as yougurt or fruit)
   lunch
   snack(granola bar or small amount of oatmeal)
   dinner
   optional snack

   ok that covers diet

   and cardio is key
   do something called HIIT
   known as high intensity interval training
   ill explain
   with usual cardio u run 30-45 min and you eventually level out
   HIIT your body gets two extremes one fast and one minimal and helps burn A LOT more calories than traditional aerobic excersises..plus with HIIT you burn more calories in, at the most, 15 minutes compared to 45 minutes of an aerobic exercise
   HIIT you jog for 1 min and run as ffast as u can, sprint, for 30 secs…this is 1 round
   do 5 rounds 4 days a week and ill guarantee youll lose weight really quickly combined with your diet

   you can also put a lot of layers on like 4 shirts and a sweatshirt and 3 shorts and sweatpants and this will aid in losing water weight which can be a lot

   I’m so sorry to hear the mirror is no longered offered by Ballard Design. . .worth a phone call to them? I would think about a large round mirror instead. . .check out chest is just an old chest that I painted black and added Venetian mirrored decorative pulls from Anthropologie. Good luck with your search.
