   I used to do that too, you really need to try to get rid of the stress in your life. Try eating helthier things when pigging out take plain low fat yogurt for instance add in a pouch of onion soup mix and eat veggies like hell, It takes time to find really low fat meals you like but it is possible and that way at least when you do pig out you arent gaining. Honestly I still eat like crazy Im a little over weight but not much no more than 20 pounds or so and I do get pig out phases when you crave pizza ask for thin crust and half cheese and avoid the surrounding crust if you can live with vegetarian all the better thats what I do and i admit I have sat home and ate a large but the way I just mentioned fallowed up by 30 minutes of dance in my room and I didnt gain from that of course if you dont stop at the one it could be a problem try gum? frozen juice pops whatever takes time to eat and can tempoerarly stop the cravings

   Love the spider little guy he is cute. Good tip: Its a cheap way to clean & keep your bathroom mirrors from fogging…clean the bath mirrors with men's shaving cream…you'll never have foggy mirrors for a while. When it starts fogging up again repeat the same procedure. Its cheap $1.00 dollar at any dollar store. Can't get cheaper than that and you'll also have a nice shaven hubby too.

   I look in the mirror when I'm brushing my teeth in the morning/evening (but not to put up my hair), when I help the kids brush their teeth, and when I go to the bathroom in our downstairs half-bath (the mirror is directly across from the toilet). Other than that, I only look to apply my mascara if I'm going out and to fix my hair, which is a few times a week.

   I only avoid the mirror because my grey hairs are all short and stick straight up, and I hate looking at them! When they get a bit longer and can be tucked under better, maybe I'll look more often!

   My husband and I stayed at the Sooke Harbourhouse in beautiful British Columbia. It truly is a “magical” place that sits right on the coast and out your window you can view the whales jumping about and hear the beautiful sounds of the ocean while cozied up to the fireplace. It was the one time that we could totally just “be” and have no worries, no kids, no drama…just us. I have pictures from that time all over the house. I have shells that we picked from that trip. I have little notes that were left on our pillows on our bath mirror too so that no matter where we step in our little home, we are reminded of that time. I also frame artwork that the kids have made, bowls and “pottery” they worked on for me and display them on bookshelves or even in the bathroom. I have books from all over – really old books – and they all remind me of another moment in time. I could go on and on on this comment because I love to surround my home with memories and love to make it feel more “real”. Melissa – I loved the blog post and the pics but then again – I always do!    Try binging on fruit, not processed foods. Do you like raw carrots, very filling and they speed up metabolism

   You might want to look into air pressure switches. The kind you hind in hot tubs or high end garbage disposals. They have a PVC tube with a bladder at one end and a switch at the other. The switch turns on or off when the bladed is compressed. This could also work as a door stop.

    well sorry but i think that's a bit heavy. i was 92 pounds at that age… and im 20 years old, 5''6 and weight 118.
