I'm looking into a deep, midnight blue and silver. I have some blue satin sheets and a sheer silver quilt to go along with it. And I've found a star mirror, as well as star wall hangings that I'm going to spray paint silver. I just don't know how I should paint the walls if I choose to go this direction. Also, decor ideas?

I envison a plane connected by laser beams on a plane emitting a grid of laser beams ...a virtual mirror, as it were, more perfect in pixiality than a physical mirror, and more reflective and which could be more magnifying in opaqueness than any glass mirror if it's convexity was also designed into this mirror? Biofreak, what if there were colored laser projections that formed a background, so that there was a silvery reflective color to the laser mirror, just like there is in a real mirror? Isn't this about shading?
Yeah, so this question makes no sense. You should explain your vision more clearly. But I can tell you this, laser don't reflect light. Lasers are light. Light is electromagnetic fields. Electromagnetic fields are what is called "linear" which means the sum of field A and field B is A+B. This is a fancy way of saying the first field does not care if the second field is there or not (on the contrary, if it were not linear, like if a and b equaled a*b or something like that, then a would care about b). Since A does not care about B, then A will go on it's merry way after it passes B. That is to say a light beam will pass right through another light beam as if it wasn't there (have you ever crossed two flashlight beam? Well, 2 lasers do the same thing). So if it passes through, then it isn't reflecting. And a mirror requires reflection. Therefore, lasers will not make mirrors.

My friend has one of those makup mirrors that is a normal mirror on one side and a magnified mirror on the other side. Well, she left the thing with the magnified side facing her window and the sunlight bounced off of it and started a chair on fire. I never thought of my makup mirror as being a fire hazzard. I mean, it makes perfect sense but it just never crossed my mind that my makup mirror could cause a fire in my house.
Um yeah there was this one time when I was playing with a mirror outside and it lit my hair on fire. So yeah mirrors can be hazards. Just make sure you're not pointing them at the sun.
